They are Horse Sand and St Helens.  They are in the Solent.

FYI, there is or was also a line of forts on Portsdown Hill protecting Portsmouth and the Solent.  From west to east they are forts Fareham, Wallington, Nelson, Southwick, Widley and Purbrook. The line was finished off at the eastern end with Crookhorn Redoubt and Farlington Redoubt.  I remember passing them in the car many times as a child.

Portsmouth's Sea Forts consist of Spitbank fort, St Helens Fort, Horse Sand Fort and No Mans Land Fort.
