Hi Phil

I just started reseaching my family history and Patrick Rush was my Gr Gr Grandfather.  I wonder if you ever found anything about about his Mayo roots?   Are you related?

Thanks

Susan

Hi Phil

I'm also researching the Rush family and have traced my Roots back to Co Mayo and Martin Rush, husband to Mary Marren. Early reports suggest Martin is my G.G.Grandfather. His son Mark (b circa 1885) married Millicent Patience Downing near Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Some of the Rush family are still in Doncaster (the ones I know at least) and I'm working on the rest.

Best wishes

Gary
Primarily RUSH family, traced back to Co Mayo later migrating to England
