I have now discovered that my late father was taken in by an older couple in the late 1920s in Angmering Sussex. I was wondering if perhaps they took him to Baysville Canada but unfortunately I do not have a name for this couple. Is it possible to check if a couple emigrated  to Baysville from Angmering with a a young boy  at that time.

Treganna,there are ships lists to check to see who emigrated but you would need to know their names. Thousands travelled to Canada and USA that way

Unfortunately I do not know the name of the couple he went to live with. A canadian member checked & said she couldn't she my dad's name on  any passenger lists. Thanks

I now have information that my father had a guardian in 1935 by the name of G Peckham of Littlehampton Road Ferring Nr Worthing. Has anybodyany information of this family in Ferring?

I now know that he lived with A W Peckham at North Barn Cottages , Littlehampton Road Ferring Does anyne have any information on this person at this address

 I now know that my father Ernest Dudley Brockhurst left from Halifax Nova Scotia in 1937 bound for Liverpool.
