This looks like George in the 1911 Census although it says he was b. in P.E.I. His status is given as adopted son. Click on split view at the top to see the original image which gives more info than the transcript.

No sign of the other 2 .... they may be under the names of the people who took them in. P.E.I. is a small province so you could slog through the census page by page to look for them under their first names. To do this click on Prince Edward Island at the top of the link I gave you. You will find only 3 areas to search through. It is free to search and view images.

This is the home page for the automatedgenealogy website from which the above was taken. All censuses are free to view.

British Home Children are very special.

We search for information but it is up to the thread owner to verify that it is correct.

http://www.bifhsgo/home_children_index.htm

This has links that you may find useful in finding the children. Also, if you google Middlemore Home children, various sites will pop up. Also, google British Home children and sites will pop up. A lot of research is going on in the field so expect to find new items on a regular basis.

www.canada411.ca

is an on-line telephone directory and there are 2 Ravenhill's currently residing in PEI with addresses and phone numbers.

Most of the organizations dealing with home children kept followup records so you may be able to use that to your advantage.

good luck

Scroll down to the information on the book Move Smart, Boy by Louise Ravenhill.  Based on her father's (George Albert) experiences as a Home Child.  Her main character has a brother and sister arriving in Canada at the same time.  Contact information for the author is provided.
