Just reading replies to Gayla about her 'John Cross' and wondering if there is a family connection with mine. By his death certificate it showed him born 1794 but I wonder now if he may be the son of James and Sarah birth 23/08/1795. His daughter was born in Barkestone and I think he was married in Nottingham, not being sure of distances I'm not sure if these areas are close.
