the property was finally sold in about 1888, who too we do not know, whether it still holds that name we do not know, but yes, the family would have been recognized with the property name between at least 1840 and when it was sold,, hence the mention of Samuel Phillips and "Wallenbillen"
as it was his father Samuel (1st) who arrived out here as convict, Samuel (2nd) born 1842, so it would appear they were well known throughout the region, Samuel (1st) was lic to 3 Inns in Molong, one names "The Travellers Rest" still standing and resided in today, the Phillips family grew up in the areas between Molong and Dubbo with many branches including that of Jesse Litchfield well known for her work with local mags in Melb and setting up of missions for aboriginal in NT, there is the "Litchfield National Park" up there,
but having trouble with finding the location of this property, someone is bound to known.
