Messgae for Tarnee

I have found this birth- which might be useful  ;D
The parents names are Joseph and Ann. They are on the 1891 census in Everton Liverpool with baby Lilian aged 8 months- by 1901 she is listed as Susannah age 10.

Does your mum know what job her grandad did? And does she recall if there were any aunts and uncles so we have a clue as to other family members.

Births Sep 1890    Fulford  Susannah Lilian     W. Derby ref  8b 289

I suggest you start your own separate postings on the Lancashire or Cheshire boards as I believe Birkenhead was also classed as Liverpool and therefore would appear under Lancs.

All the best

AHhhhhhhh  :( maybe not as helpful as I first thought.

I have just found a marriage in June 1919 of a Susannah Lilian FULFORD,to an Alfred ROSE........oh blast  >:(

When was your mum born and were there any other kids?

I eventually found my gt grandparents marriage 21 years(and ten kids) after their first son was born....when I was looking for his marriage in fact.
My mum says they probably never felt the need,or they just couldn't afford it.

All the best,

Carol

Hello Ozjobri

And welcome to Rootschat.

I would suggest you post your look up request on the West Riding of Yorkshire request board.

Is it Joseph who was born in 1874? or his mum  ;D

What do you have on him already and which censuses have you found him on?

All the best

Carol
