Well, it looks as if he had 5 half sisters (sharing a father), a sister who died in infancy (Ivy) and another sister who is mentioned on the 1911 (Verula or something like that)

I with you.  I am up to 8 including George Francis - 5 from the 1st marriage and 3 from the 2nd:-

Mabel Sherrington CULPIN
Edith Gwendoline CULPIN
Norah Bertha CULPIN
Margaret Florence CULPIN
Sarah Kathleen CULPIN

Ivy Annabel CULPIN
Francis de Montfort CULPIN
Verula Mary Elizabeth CULPIN

Haven't had chance to check out all the birth references but they should be on FreeBMD.

Gertrude Sarah Culpin

birth 1st qtr 1885 Hitchin 3a 463

Luzzu - have you seen the marriage cert?  Does it give any info about Florence?

Sorry no I haven't  :(.  I jotted it down whilst I was "Googling" earlier on.  There was only the name of the church and one witness and of course the date of the marriage.

I'm looking at Ada Dorothy Louisa Worsfold. I can't easily spot her in 1901 but it seems that she had the following siblings:

Harry Worsfold - Jun quarter 1903 - Mile End Old Town district
Kitty Edith Worsfold - Jun quarter 1906 - Mile End Old Town district
Alfred William Worsfold - Jun quarter 1908 - Mile End Old Town district
Rose E Worsfold - Sep quarter 1913 - Hendon district

Her mother's maiden name was Gunthorpe:

Marriage 16 Jul 1898 All Saints, St John's Wood
Harry Worsfold, 22, Bachelor, Police Constable, residence 74 Leman Street, father George Worsfold (deceased), occupation Gardener
Ada Annie Gunthorpe, 23, spinster, residence 4 Langford Place, father George Gunthorpe (deceased), occupation Timber Haulier
Witnesses Walter Williams and Annie Edith Chillingworth

Both Harry and Ada should be easily found in the 1881 census, free to search at www.familysearch.org

Its definatley right that Ada Dorothy had those siblings - I remember my Grandma telling me she used to call someone Auntie Kitty, so you've got the right information :)

Millice Culpin died in 30 Dec 1888 and he left a will.  If you want to send office for a copy, this is the link.  It costs £5.00.

Thank you. I don't know if i'd buy the will, but do you know what things people would put in their will in those days?
