Does anyone have have access to the marriage cert? I can see them on 1901 and 1911 census but am struggling to find his parents

thanks, but still struggling - if James was 26 in 1901 I guestimate that his father would be about 50-55 by 1901. I know James was born in Co Down, I also think from an American relative that he was buried in Drumbo, but nothing more definite than that.
