Hi Steve
I also come from the Thomas Farrant (Farrance) & Sarah Ling l have all their children and have done the tree down to the present day but so far have been unable to find Thomas Farrants birth.
             Rita

Hi Rita....How many kids do you have for Thomas/Sarah?

I 'think' I have  8....Thomas 1688, Sarah 1690, Richard, Robert 1696 and Mary, Elizabeth (no dates)..I have  the # 8 written down by their names, not sure where I got it from but only 6 listed!

Would appreciate some of your info if you don't mind.

Where do or paths cross?

Does anyone descend from James Thomas Farrant (my great grandfather) b 1846 who married Kezia(h) Watts b1855 in Sept 1887?

I just did a 'query' on www.mytrees.com, the free bit (I'm not a paid up member) and found this:

Search Hits for Query: FARRANCE, THOMAS from 1620 to 1640; in all volumes.

It came up with one 'hit' but no DOB...it is just a guess that Thomas's father was also called  Thomas and was born between 1620/40..just a thought..might be of use to someone!
