Anguline Research Archives have commenced a major project to scan the collection of Wakefield Electoral Registers and Burgess Registers held by the library.

These are unavailable in digital format anywhere else.

We are pleased to announce the first release in this series, which is also our 500th CD -

Register of Electors for Wakefield 1911-1919, which also includes Absent Voters Lists for 1918 and 1919 (men who served in World War One). Over 2000 pages of information, in searchable pdf format.
