Possibility for Thomas Ryan and wife Ann Patterson on the 1851 census in Terrebonne, St Jerome
Thomas Ryan 50, b. Ire and wife Anne Patterson 40, b. Ire and children all born in Canada
John 14, James 12, William 9, Thomas 7, Richard 6, and Mary 3.

In 1861 Argenteuil, Que
Thomas Ryan b. 1801 Ire and Ann Patterson b. 1817 Ire.
John 24, William 17, Thomas 14, Maryann 12, Richard 8, Jane 6, Elizabeth 4, Robert 2 all born Quebec.

Death for Thomas 17 Oct 1890 Mille Isle, Quebec and Ann 25 Apr 1899 Mille Isle, Quebec taken from an ancestry tree.  They show their origins as County Mayo Ireland.  I found Ann's death in the Drouin collection but didn't look for Thomas'.

This is a "possibility" as I didn't look for other Thomas and Ann combinations.

WOW .... that was fast ... thanks to everyone this is literally mind blowing ... my grandmother was Marie Ryan  nee O'Malley never talked about family, and my grandfather Cebron or Victor Jr. died long before I ever got too meet him, so it has been hard for me to trace this side of my family back, though I have had no problems tracing back through the Yourex side, or my Father's side of the family for that matter.  Again I cannot thank you all enough this is Awesome !

Karen, I think you got it bang on ... Episcopal Protestant would go Hand in Hand with Grandpa Ryan and his family roots seeing as Grandpa was a Freemason and if I'm not mistaken their family were Quakers from the states before they came to Canada, according to my Mother at least.  I was also not 100% sure that Thomas' wife was named Maria so he very well could have married a Mina or Minnie since they are very close names.  Thanks for bearing with me I am not exactly an expert when it comes to Researching  ;D
