COMPLETED (sort of) Marriage Onions-Parry, Liverpool St Michael in the City 1862

If some kind soul is visiting the appropriate Liverpool records office, I would be grateful if the following marriage could be looked up.  I'm 90% certain that this Jabez Onions is mine, but his occupation and father's name should confirm/refute that.

The marriage is on the Beta Family Search website and was 13.2.1862 but no other info shown  https://beta.familysearch.org/

How did you find that, Carole?

I'd looked on the beta.familysearch website and it didn't come up, and I still can't find it!!

Though if there's no other detail, I'd still appreciate the lookup in the church register if anyone can, as it's the father's name and occupations that would give me the confirmation I'm looking for.

It only shows the date of marriage on the Beta site but that will make it easier for anybody looking it up for you

I found it by accessing the Beta site and clicking Advanced Search

I put Jabez Onions in the top box and Ann Parry down at the bottom in the spouse box plus 1862 as the year and Lancashire.  When it came up - it showed Cheshire

I've just done it again and now it's showing 2 matches - one shows their ages as 21

Just noticed - the entry that's just shown up with their ages shows the date as 12th Feb but the other shows 13th Feb

Thanks Carole - I was making the mistake of putting in Liverpool.

Bit odd that it should be down as Cheshire.  I wonder if these entries are the equivalent of submitted records on the IGI.  Have to admit I've yet to master the beta.familysearch.org website!

The marriage is on www.lancashirebmd.org.uk ...unfortunately it is not on lan-opc

Thanks Allan - lancs bmd is where I got the entry number in the register (the final element of the reference numbers on lancs bmd is the entry number in the register.  for marriages, this is (well, at least in 99.9% of the time) the same as the number in the church's copy of the register.
