Donlavy family of Castleconor
« on: Monday 29 November 10 20:09 GMT (UK) »
looking for Donlavy family of Castleconor.  They lived there around the middle of the 18th Century.
Mr & Mrs Donlavy had a child Catherine/Katherine/Kate.  I believe Kate's mother died in childbirth and may be buried in the old Killanley burial ground. Mr Donlavy remarried, inherited some money and became Donlavy-Balfour.

Looking for inspiration please as I am completely stuck

Depends on the exact dates involved since full civil registration of Births and Deaths started in 1864. For earlier details you will need to check for parish records.

see : Introduction to Irish Records

Yes, have read introduction to Irish Records and have accessed the online records I can in the past. Most are far too late and I have not been able to link with my families.

Thanks agian
