Greetings to all,
I found a shipping record while searching about for other siblings of John Hatcher that may have also come to Australia on the Indexs to Assisted & Unassisted British Immigration 1839-1871 for Victoria. The ship Marshall Bennett arrived in Geelong August 1854.
http://210.8.122.120/indexes/index_search_results.aspThere is a chance this George may be John's younger brother as the age for him on the shipping record matches up to his birth year of 1827.
Can anyone help me out with any more information about the above George Hatcher, when/where he married Emma in the UK, what her maiden name was, where did they go after arriving in Victoria please?
Regards,
Stephen
