Hi everyone,

I desperately want to get the attached photograph of my grandparents and their colleagues from a Cinema in Liverpool repaired. Would or could anybody help please?
I would be so very grateful :)

Well I just had a look at it   closely   and found it to be only 72 dpi..  with the amount of damage, that is going to really strain the eyes... so will have to leave it alone.. Sorry.  Unless you can get hold of it and scan again at at least 300 dpi.. if you then have to post it in sections that is ok we can stick them back together again...   ;) ;D

Thank you so much. unfortunately I don't have a copy of the photo to scan. A cousin of mine owns it and I think thats the best her scanner does.

Id appreciate anything. thank you :)

OK... I am sure her scanner can be altered  she has to look at the settings, but sometimes its difficult to ask again, for a picture... I know.  So I will have a go  but it could take some time ... and it wont be perfect  - sorry..  :)

GUIDE FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SCANNER BED IS CLEAN AND SCAN AT A RESOLUTION OF 300-600 WITH THE SCALE AT 100% MINIMUM.

If you would like a coloured version, details such as hair colour , eyes and clothing etc.  if known  would be helpful to restorers
