Greeting’s ….A member of the Henwood Family
& welcome to the Leicestershire Boards. ……
For the moment I can confirm all your details as :~
St: Margaret’s Parish Church. Leicester.MARRIAGE :~ 1809. 10th April.
Thomas JENNINGS. ~ Ann WHITE.
By Banns.
(From St: Margaret’s Baptisms 1615. ~1921.)
BAPTISMS :~ 1816.Baptism Register Entry No’.
1486.
31st. May.
Sarah. Daughter of Thomas & Ann Jennings.
Entry No’.
1487.Ann. Daughter of Thomas & Ann Jennings.
Entry No’.
1488.Eliza. Daughter of Thomas & Ann Jennings.
NO other Baptisms for Thomas & Ann found…….
Now I would not get too excited at the thought of Triplets !!! ....

Seeing that 8 years had pasted since the marriage in 1809.
It’s more likely that Baptisms could not have been affordable till then.
Or Thomas & Ann had moved back in to the Parish and the Minister had been on a recruitment dive to increase his flock. …….
Sorry
NO times would appear on Baptism records you are confusing that practise
With
BIRTH certificates and as it’s
1816. and Birth Registration was not law then times will not appear on the entries …….
I can have a look at the original registers on your behalf the next time I’m at the records Office and report my findings back on this thread . …..
MIKE. …..
