If she was Hambley as I believe, the pilot familysearch site (http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=0) has this christening

Jane Tubb Hambley, 30 Jan 1831 Bristol Gloucestershire
parents John and Margaret

other christening to parents John and Margaret Hambley in Bristol:
Samuel Jeremiah, 18 April 1830
Francis Thomas, 21 Mar 1824
John, 8 Sep 1822
Margaret Honor, 14 May 1826

A John Hambley marries a Margaret Browne in Bristol, 18 Nov 1821

Likely 1841 appearance for the children:

1841
HO107/750/9 49 33
Bedwelty, Monmouthshire
Sihowy? Works

John Hambley, 19, Labourer
Francis, 17, Labourer
Hannah, 15
Samuel, 13
Jane, 9
Harford?, 6

All born out of county

Red herring? Well no, I think she's very likely to be the girl you're looking for, especially as there's a little Francis, whose birth registration incidentally proves their surname was Hambley.

I also had a quick look for the other couple, Thomas Prosser and wife Jane.
There's a possible match for them at Bedwellty, Tredegar in 1861, RG9/3999 27 3
Thomas Prosser age 43 b. Brecon St John, Jane Prosser age 40 born Merthyr-Tydfil. 10 years earlier, a widowed 30 years old Jane Lloyd born Merthyr is living in Tredegar, HO107/2448 177 28.

Also, interestingly, it appears that John Hambley later moves to Yorkshire (he's in Ormesby in 1881)
Same goes for the Sockett family. Also Alfred (at Kirkleatham in 1881).
