Hi Lorc, I believe the Dennehy family owned Codrum House because when Mary married Samuel Wephy Baldwin (my wife gg uncle) June 1899 her brother gave them a present of Codrum House and farm. They had 4 Children.
Samuel died in 1911 and some later Mary moved the family to Dublin where she died 1966.
