A gap on the census page - query

Exciting news:  I think I have found the exact house where my ancestors lived in 1860

Bad news:  I'm only 60% certain.

As the census taker did not list house numbers, I am only left to guess which house is the the one where my family lived and worked in 1860.  The census taker first wrote down the inhabitants of High Street then turned onto Wolverhampton Street (in Dudley).  As you can see, there is a blank area next to the first 'Wolverhampton Street' on the census.  Would they have counted this building?  No.1 is listed on the previous page, so I am assuming this is for No.2.  Incidentally, No.2 Wolverhampton Street is a pub which I believe has been there since before this census was taken.  Would they have listed a pub as uninhabited?  Hm.  I would appreciate any assistance with this.

The census reference is RG9 Piece 2055 Folio 54 Page 20
The building between Schedules 65 & 66 is marked as Uninhabited, it could have been a pub if there were no people living there at that specific date then there would not be a Householder's Schedule for it.
