There is a 1918 directory online but 15 Keswick St. has a different occupant listed-
http://www.lennonwylie.co.uk/ijkcomplete1918.htm
Under the names section there are two entries but not sure if either is the person you are looking for-
Erwin, John, gardener, 8 Beechpark Street
Erwin, Jno., checker, 100 Donegall Pass
http://www.lennonwylie.co.uk/alphanames1918DE.htm

The next directory (1924) doesn't list him at that address either- names section not available-

Yes thank you. same thing I found, that missing 1920 directory would confirm marriage certificate.

Maybe not. Directories only list head of household so you can't tell if there are servants, boarders or lodgers in the house, or even other family members perhaps with a different surname.

Have you tried finding the house in the online Valuation Revision books to see if there are any changes noted before and after 1920? Just put Keswick into search box-

If you do have a chance to get to Belfast then places like PRONI or Central Library may have a 1920 directory (if one was published) but remember that the directories usually were compiled and printed before the start of that year (1920 directory could have been compiled and published in 1919 for example)
