How much were they worth?
« on: Saturday 13 November 10 12:36 GMT (UK) »
I was looking at a couple of wills today. How do I know convert ye olde money into moden day weath...  ???

Let me explain...

In 1924 one of my ancestors left about £400.

In 1889 another  two ancestors left £400.

So what is that worth today? I've tried using google it's not very helpful...

Any ideas?  ???

Thanks

Tracy
