There is a family for John on the 1911 ( I searched only) John b1879, Sarah Jane 1879 (wife?) Isabella 1904, Elizabeth 1908, Joseph 1910. Living in Whitehaven, Cumberland.

Following back, for a John there are a  few Warbricks  on the 1901,. I don't have access to the census, just able to search only. There is an Isabella bc 1901 this time, with John bc 1879. Don't know if they are yours? In Carlisle.

1891 - RG12/4294/79/5

Robert & his wife Fanny are lodging in Hawkesdale with Tamar Brown (age 25) & family - presumably this is his sister Tamar?

1901 -  RG13/4872/79/5

Chalk Bottom, Dalston

Robert Warbrick  Head  M  32  Farm labourer  Worker  Lancaster
Fanny Warbrick  Wife  M  30  Cumberland, Wigton
William Warbrick  Son  8  Scholar  Cumberland, Workington
Martha Warbrick  Dau  7  Scholar  Cumberland, Hertwind
John Warbrick Son  5  Scholar  Cumberland, Dalston
Fanny Warbrick  Dau  3  Cumberland, Workington
Isabella Warbrick  Dau  10 months  Cumberland, Workington

Next door at Chalk Cottage is

Henry Graham  Head  M  75  Farm Labourer  Worker  Cumberland, Kirklington
Isabella Graham  Wife  M  52  Cumberland, Dalston
Thomas Warbrick  Grandson  4  Cumberland, Dalston
plus Tamar Brown and her husband and children

So it must be possible that Isabella Warbrick became Isabella Graham   :D

Linda,Karen, and sigrid7 thank you all.Karen the John you mentioned aged 13,i am sure that's the right one,he is right age and living in the right place, all the Warbricks lived round that area.sigrid7 i haven't checked the John in the 1911 census yet.Linda i new of the Warbrick's at Chalk Bottom but not the Henry and Isabella living next door.I have found a marriage between a Henry Graham and Isabella Warbrick in  1886 in the Carlisle district.i have sent for the marriage cert to confirm things. But it looks like i might have found my missing Grt Grandmother.Thank you all again.Cumbrian

Looks like Isabella is Graham on the 91 too. Marr: Isabella Warbeck to Henry Graham looks likely, for q3 1886 Carlisle.
