Emigrated to Canada? Leonard Stewart Angus- COMPLETED THANK YOU
« on: Monday 08 November 10 19:38 GMT (UK) »
I have found a Leonard Angus on a ship heading for Canada:
leaving Sothampton 28 Jul 1928 for Quebec on the Albertic.
Also inbound on 25th 1930 in London departing from Montreal, Quebec.
But is he my relation?
dob 27/12/1911 born in Greenock, Scotland. Has two sets of relations already in Canada both in Ontario- Aunt Matilda Holdsworth and brother Herbert Angus.
Does anyone have access to A30 landings documents which will give details of where he was going to?

Many thanks
Linda

Hi Linda

I found Leonard Angus, born Greenock, on the passenger list for the Albertic arriving Quebec in August 1928.  Form 30A was no longer in use and they were back to passenger lists.

If you would like to send me your email address via PM, I can send the passenger list image.  It's a bit of a mess...but it looks as though he is destined to a brother in Windsor, Ontario.

Susan
