Bound copies were published each year, some have 2 volumes.
Many large libraries have copies of these in their reference section.
So if you are in a city, it may pay to ask there..but you should have success via the email
If you ever get the chance to read the Gazettes in person they are a wonderful source of information.
The Treasury at Thames has a large collection from about 1880s.
