There is a George Clutton in the 1851 Census the son of a George and Margaret Clutton born in Wrexham in 1850.

I'm looking at the Census entries on Ancestry.I don't readily see a Richard Clutton married to a Harriet.

Theree is a possible marriage of a Richard Clutton at Wrexham to a Harriet Jones in the Wrexham District in 1840 but I don't see them on any Census.
