Death look-up please

Would it be possible for someone to do a look-up and give me the details from the death certificate of Robert Mann who died in Calgary 21 JUne 1982.

Death registrations from less than 50 years ago are protected by privacy laws in Alberta. Your best bet would be to contact the Calgary Public Library at their website (http://calgarypubliclibrary.com/) to see if they can find an obituary in one of the Calgary newspapers.

Hi Mary,

If the Calgary library won't do look-ups, you could try this site to locate an obituary.  I used it a couple of years ago and think the fee was $5/name at that time.  She looks up the obituary in the Calgary paper and emails it to you.  The service was very prompt.
