Adobe Reader - Full Reader Search

I have a 600 page PDF of Burials and when I use Full Reader Search Adobe produces another window with 47 entries I am unable to print or save. Help!

Probaly means that those functions have been disabled in the PDF file. It's not uncommon practice.
