Staffords of Cavan

Hi,
      Looking for other connections in Cavan to the attached Stafford & Reilly families, this couple had Thomas Robert Stafford 1884 who came to Glasgow between 1901 Census in Cavan & marriage to Elizabeth Fraser 11/Apr/1905 there.

Hi
I have a Stafford in my tree as a marriage into it. My tree is on Ancestry, Paterson Family Tree but deatils are Jane Stafford marrying a Robert Kennedy, he died in 1864, I have no other dates for them other than their son John James Kennedy was born 1848 in Ballyhaise.
 Probably not much help.

Hi Alison,
              The only Jane Stafford I know of married a William George Tubman in Billis, Cavan 15/Sep/1915.
Son of George Tubman & Elizabeth Foster.

They may be of the same family or time period

Researching Staffords In Cavan. My 3 x great grandfather was Alexander Stafford who married Lydia Byers. I am a descendant of their son Alexander. They also had a son Thomas b1858 who married Eliza Jane O'Reillyon 1878. Any connection - would love to hear from you.

              They are all connected to my 1st cousin Sandra Stafford more directly but all are in my public tree on Ancestry. You can find lots of information on the family in my tree there.

Thanks for that. Great to know there is a link there. Unfortunately don't have a Ancestry subscription, so can't access your tree :( Might have to find some timeto head to oour local library which has access to Ancestry.
