Are you referring o Charles Parker born about 1882?

Living at 97 Church St, Tebay, in 1991 age 9.
Father - William Parker (Railway Engine Driver)
Mother - Mary Jane Parker
Siblings - George Randal;  Fred;  Myra;  Reuben

Living at 48 Wolverhampton St, Dudley, in 1901 age 19.
He is working on the Railway. (boarder living with the Hobbis family)

I don’t have access to Canadian immigration records at the moment, but perhaps someone else can help if the above birth year is correct?

There are two Charles Parker's on the 1911 Census that might fit your Charles Parker.
One was born in 1879 and the other in 1880.

Charles Parker born 1879 was living in Calgary Alberta
with wife Margaret, daughters Emma and Margaret and his mother Emma Connell.
Emigration year was 1903.

Charles Parker born 1880 was living in New Westminster, BC (town of Chilliwack)
with wife Mary, with daughters Winnifred Mary and Gwendiloin Helen, and son Herbert.
Emigration year was 1903.

Thank you for the info, the rubber trade Charles Parker might be him, my reasoning is that the family moved to Farrington near Leyland, and there was a rubber factory there.  I shall have to look at the 1911 census to see what he was doing then.
