Gladda Sandwich
« on: Saturday 16 October 10 13:28 BST (UK) »
Hi,

I have come across a reference to a Robert Gladda of St Clements, Sandwich malster, apparently marrying Sarah Knott but no date! Can anyone help with this please?

To help with dates the same document fragment mentions a Robert Gladda os Sandwich, also a malster  being involved with something at St Mildred's Canterbury  on 26 January 1645

Thanks in anticipation!
Mike

Thank you. Does anyone know the GLADDA genealogy? My surname is GLADDERS and have them back to early 1600s. Soetimes they are recorded as GLADDA and the similarity between the two names does suggest a possible connection but I have not managed one!

Any help appreciated!

Regards,
Mike
