I found a Timothy b 1858, Boston Mass (possibly her brother). It is on the vital record search for Mass government site.  All it says is Timothy Gallivan, b1858 Boston Volume 110 Page 21.  Where do I go from there to find parents?

Also there are a few marriages on the same site, that are possible for her parents in 1857, John Gallivan, but I dont see a bride name.

If the information can't be found elsewhere, there are instructions on ordering vital records from the Massachusetts archives here:  http://www.sec.state.ma.us/arc/arcres/residx.htm

At the Family Search Labs site that I linked to above, there are 3 Massachusetts marriage records for men named John Gallivan in Boston in 1857, but the brides' names are Hannah, Ellen, and Mary.
