Nationality - IR - Irish.
Born Europia (?) Ireland.
Can't find a place called Europia/ Eurofia - maybe someone with more knowledge of Irish names can pick it up.

I agree with Old Rowley - initially someone's written "In Europe", then later on someone else (in a different hand) has clarified with "Ireland". Still not hugely helpful, but better than just "Europe"

I think it says nationality Ire European(Irish European)then place born Ireland.
