Thanks for all your help on this one. It looks like they are all one family. Some of them being young children which is very sad.

Hi

Is or was Waikiwi separate to Invercargill in the early 1900s or has it always been deemed part of it?

Thanks

In the 1900 Street Directory
WAIKIWI has a separate listing of names
They are listed alphabetically

Greetings Voice

Re Waikiwi:-

Is or was Waikiwi separate to Invercargill in the early 1900s or has it always been deemed part of it?

Have lived almost all of my life here and to my knowledge Waikiwi has always being a suburb of Invercargill right back to the earliest times. Can find nothing anywhere on the net or eleswhere to the contary.

However to be certain an inquiry to the Invercargill City Council would confirm one way or the other. E mail an inquiry to:-
