Oh dear, what a shock this news has been.

Ricky my friend, you will be very much missed around here.  Your warmth, humour and kindness set you apart as a true gentleman.  You were always ready to help, advise, console and laugh.

I will miss our chats about life, dogs, planes and trains.

You will always have my love and respect.

I'm so sad; Ricky was one of the first people to help me on Rootschat.

He was always cheerful, friendly and helpful.

This seems so wrong.

I am so very, very sad. Ricky was one of the loveliest, kindest people on Rootschat and although we didn't know each other in 'real life', I am sure he was a true gentleman. He will be deeply missed, in all his guises in here.

My sympathies go out to his family.
