Is there some kind person who can give me a date for this photo and any chance of a restore

this is late 1890's.A good example of the demise of the Gigot sleeve which dominated women's fashion for most of the decade.
Here you see some late variations includung the puffball style seen on some of the ladies.
The young girl at the back has the new style blouse just emerging at the end of the decade so,a date of 1897 -99 I would suggest.
