Episcopal Chapel, Gray's Inn Lane, Middlesex, 1841
« on: Tuesday 28 September 10 05:20 BST (UK) »
I have found an 1841 Census record for a Clarke family; John and Brillinia and their children Ann, John, James and William.  They were living in Gray's Inn Lane, (or Grays Inn Lane).

John snr's occupation was 'verger'.  I would very much like to know if there are any records relating to his position at the Episcopal Chapel, and especially if he was previously a tailor, please.

Suspect this family was John Thomas Clarke, Ann Brillinia (nee Clarke), Ann Maria, John Thomas, Joseph Ebenezer and William.  Birth dates are not the same as previous records, but the name Brillinia (and variations of) is quite unusual.  In 1837 this family lived in Calthorpe Street.

Thank you to anyone able to help.
