Daniel MacKay was born in 1843 in Scotland and died in 1927 in Geraldine, New Zealand. He was married to Catherine and they had a daughter Mary born 1865 in Scotland. They emigrated to New Zealand from Scotland and settled in Geraldine in the South Island. Mary married Alfred Henry Bates. I'd appreciate any information on this family.

Hi
You need to supply some details re: a time frame for all the above
When was he born and in which country?
When did he emigrate?
Did he marry in NZ or was he already married when he emigrated
Was Mary born in NZ or elsewhere
