PURKIS AND LAMBERT (successors to the late Mr. Samuel Lyons) have received instructions
from the representative of the
late Robert Lambert, Esq., to sell by auction, on the
premises known as Concord Orchard, Concord, near Longbottom, Parra matta-road, on FRIDAY,
the 28th instant, at 12 o'clock precisely, without reserve,
The Crop of Oranges, consisting of Mandarin and others, estimated at 3000 dozen, also
Seville oranges, Shaddocks, Lisbon, and other lemons, conquêts, and citrons.
Also,
The Crop of Potatoes (now ready to dig),
French Beans, &c.
Three weeks will be given to the purchasers to remove the crops off the ground.
The oranges are now ready for shipment, and are of first-rate quality.
After which,
A quantity of Houshold Furniture and Effects
Terms cash.
A luncheon will be provided.
