Hi,

Does anyone have any advice for getting the most out of a visit to look at the indexes at GRONI? Ive not been before and as Im only over for the day I just wondered if anyone had any useful tips or advice!

Hi,
   The news is not good. If you google BELFAST FORUM and scroll down to GENEALOGY you will find a series of postings under NEW GRONI. I cannot vouch for the veracity of these but the system may have improved for access but the service does not look good.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes Id seen the posts on the Belfast Forum... there seemed to be a lot of gripes about cost on there, I dont mind the cost aspect as long as I can get the information I need...Im just hoping Im organised enough with my lists for searching, theres nothing like a one day deadline to focus the mind!!
