Hi , I got your message but can't reply personally as I haven't enough posts in yet. Just to let you know that a very nice man by the name of David Grant has done great research on Roger Casements men, even though he had no relation in the brigade. He has put tremendous work into his site, see the link below. I have McKeoghs book also but as you said very interesting to see everyones point of view. I've given him information on my grandfather which he has put on his site & I see your grandfather there also.  You can contact David on his website in case he has more information.Hope this is of help to you.

Hi,thanks for your reply,I have been in contact with David Grant for a while now,he has helped my research tremendously. There is another book 'Casement's last adventure',by another member of the Irish Brigade called Robert Monteith, that has a very interesting chapter on the Brigade,if you havan't read it before.
Kind regards,
louise.

Hi Louise,

Sorry I couldn't have been of any help to you. I took the time to read your great grandfathers story today. Thanks to David all their stories have been told. I will have a look to see if my grandfather mentioned him in his writings.

Hi there,

My great grandmother was Jullia O'Callaghan and looks like is a sibling of Jeremiah. She married twice & had 8 children. If you'd like more information please contact me. My mother may be of help to you.

Hi, I am looking into Julia O'callaghan.  My Julia married a John Clancy...I think she is this Jeremiah's sibling as well.  I would be very interested in any information, there are so many Clancy and Callaghan's in Cork!!
