Hi Robert,
Not sure if I understand part of your question as I gave you his Mothers Christening;
Frances TILLEY, Christened 07 March 1817, St Mary, Weston, Lincolnshire
Parents WILLIAM and FRANCES
You can search Familysearch Pilot yourself for extra info but here we go;
Children of WILLIAM/FRANCES Tilley, Christened St Mary, Weston, Lincs
MARY D'RIPPE, 14 September 1823
ELIZABETH, 19 February 1826
ABRAHAM, 01 November 1829

I cant find them in 1841 under Tilley but it is possible Frances Remarried;
Frances TILLEY
William NORMAN, 27 February 1837, Weston, Lincoln

1841 Census
Skirbeck, Lincs
HO107/610/2/Skirbeck
William NORMAN, 65 (45?), Ag Lab
Frances Norman, 65 (45?)
Lucy Norman, 4
Mary SELLEY (TILLEY?), 15
All born in County

The image is hard to make out but I am pretty sure what I have put in brackets is the correct info.
Mary D'Riffe Tilley would be abt 15 in 1841.

I would appreciate others opinions :)

FreeREG;
www.freeereg.org.uk

Marriage;
William TILLEY
Frances JACKSON, 02 May 1816, St Mary, Weston, Lincoln

Burial, 03 Aug 1830,   TILLEY, Abraham, Lincolnshire, Weston, Infant
Burial, 21 Apr 1833,   TILLEY, William, Lincolnshire, Weston, Age 39

Unfortunately we do not know where William was born as he does not appear on any Census.

There is this one though from the IGI;

And also;
