BBC FH Programme (Old)
« on: Sunday 19 September 10 22:19 BST (UK) »
Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have been rattling my brains to think of the name/Title of a BBC? TV programme on Family History/Tree from way back in between approx 1998-2000?

I believe it to be something like Blood ____ ?

or ____ Blood ?

I know it had Blood in the Title. I have searched Google & BBC site but cannot find anything, Anyone any ideas Please.

Thanks in Advance.

Yes, I too remember this programme.  Not the name sadly.  But the "Blood Ties" does ring a bell (not the book by Dan Waddell!!)

But it does occassionally turn up on the "history" channels on Sky.  Last time about 2 years ago.

Maybe someone on here works for the right dept. at the Beeb and can arrange for them to be shown again!!!!

I just checked out Documentary Heaven.com (an excellent site) and sadly this programme is not listed (mostly the ones on this site are fairly recent). It's a pity - I don't think I ever saw Blood Ties but would definitely watch it if it were to be shown again. If anyone hear's that it's coming up please post here !
