A bit more:

....being sick (?) in bodye but thanks unto almightie god of good and ...... remembrance do ordayne devise make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and forme following That is to say ffirst and before all things I commit (?) my soule unto almightie god my maker and redemer and my body to be buried ......

The next bit looks rather difficult; hope someone else with more experience of reading this type of writing will step in now and have a go!
