Hope this helps; I had trouble fitting the frequent use of the word "praised" into context, I believe today the word would be "appraised" in other words valued. This makes sense in the context. Sorry about the blank spaces.

Do you think this could possibly be correct?  ???  (It seems almost too descriptive.)

I posted all this in bits and pieces, which might be a bit hard to sort through, so I've borrowed Roger's form, and filled in some of the blanks.

12) kind and horses.  Item where I have a great fat steer I will he shall be praised and sold
     13) as is above said and the money of the same coming I do give to my wife and children
     14) to be divided as before. And where I have forty and four sheep of hogs ewes and
     15) wethers I will they shall be also praised and sold as is above said and the money coming of the same
     16) I do give to my wife and children to be divided as is above said.  Item I will that all my
     17) household stuff as bedding pewter brass tin satin chests tables hanging curtains iron
     18) and tensile linen carpet tables forms chairs stools long setttelle cushions bed
     19) steads presses and all other utensil of household (windows glass seling door and gates
     20) only excepted) not hereafter in this my will given and beforesaid shall be praised and sold

Line 12 confirm great fat steer, surprised how I missed it obvious now.
Line 14 forty and four sheep of hogs, I left that as it didn't seem to follow, hogs are pigs, not sheep, and goes on to talk about ewes and in l15 wethers which are also sheep.
The rest i confirm en bloc. That seemed to be the end, I have a trtanscription of a Latin probate if you would like it? They are all virtually the same in form and meaning, usually only the name of the person granting probate and the lawyers differ.

Thanks, Roger, I would definitely be interested in a transcription of a Latin probate.

I've googled "hogges" in the hope of finding out that at one time a ram was known as a hog.  So far, I haven't found anything.

You've just rung the bell Bridget, :) A hoggett is a sheep, I believe it is a last year's lamb, still not fully mature. That fits the context perfectly.
