Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I've spoken to the Records Office at Landican (they hold the records for all Wirral's municipal cemeteries) but they have no record for either David or Ann.
I also checked the microfiche at Birkenhead library for Ann but with no success, I'm afraid.
I think they must be buried in a churchyard or perhaps Liverpool?
