Grover army question

Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me research a person, but i warn you now i have the littlest bit of info to go by  :-\

The person i want info on is an I.M Grover, who was a colour sergeant on the 1st bedfordshire regiment.  I only have this info as a name plaque with... Cr Sct I.M Grover 1st Bedfordshire Regiment has been found. 

Sorry but thats all ive got as we did not know they existed.

Well I had a good look and the nearest I could find was

L.N Grover   1914 1920  TF 90

Well if you can get on Ancestry there are a lot of I.M. Grovers   but then when you turn up the page .... no direct link   so it will take hours to search ... sorry
