Sorry, these are photocopies (I do not have the originals). Can anyone please adjust them for me .
1. Remove backgrounds so that the backgrounds appear white.
2. Make each head the same size.
3. Convert both to black and white.
4. Make each picture 15mm wide and 20 mm tall.
I know this is asking a lot but can anyone please help.

These two are the actual size you asked for

Please feel free to colour/modify any restores posted by me.

Pretty small images.
Freeman: UK, Ireland, Jersey, India
Ward: York
Heseltine: West Heslerton, Malton, Norton
Monkman: West Heslerton & Malton
Wheller: Shrewsbury, Birmingham, Malton & Hull

Bruce: Scotland

I think I remember this lady didnt we make her into a postage stamp some time back?
this is just me testing my memory
not a moan.... if I remember we had quite an interesting time with her pic.

I have only just picked up your comment. Yes, you are quite correct, this is the photo of Tony's wife, and it was made into a stamp - and used, too!
