Looking for descendents of Frederick WILCE.

I have a medal awarded to Frederick Wilce, born 1866 in Falmouth. It was awarded for long service and good conduct on the HMS Empress of India. Not sure of the date but it has a bust of young Victoria on the back.
Does anyone know if it is possible to trace any descendents of him whom I could pass this medal onto as i'm sure it would be of interest to them.
The only other writting on the medal is "P.O 2nd CL"
Any help would be gratefully recieved.
Paul. Bristol.

- Frederick Wilce was Royal Navy.
I think I can trace him as m., 1900, to Louie Pinch (she died 1933); he may have died 1932, both in Bodmin. They had children Frederick Edgar (1902) and Mary Katherina A (1906-1920); freebmd shows that Frederick may have married and settled in the Hitchin area.
from Louie's age in 1911 it's likely that Frederick Edgar Wilce was the only surviving child.
P.O 2nd CL = Petty Officer, Second Class, I think.

- the HMS Empress was in Devonport around 1901, and you can see Frederick there in that census, so it all ties nicely together.

My second cousin was Frederick Wilce. He born 1870, St. Kew. His father, Frederick, born 1840.
If I can help, let me know!

Hi Scott,
Not sure if your Ferderick is the one I am looking for. Was your cousin married to Louie and had a son Frederick Edgar Wilce?
