Rootschat was brought to my attention by a member (Brian1968).  I found the site difficult to begin with but after some advice from other members I soon became proficient.  I seem to get more pleasure by helping other people with their research requests than I do with my own.

Found whilst surfing for geneaolgy sites.
Felt guilty at first at getting someone else do my research, but now love the way I can help others as well as get help when I am really stuck.
Find rootschat people the friendliest and most helpful on the net.

Wonderful to see newer members slottiing right into the helpful mode!  Goodonya, Jayson and Sharpie!!!!  ;D ;D ;D

My problem always is, when I think "Ah yes, I can help this person", three other people have jumped in first!!  You have to be quick!!  ;D

Anyway, watch out, you'll become a Rootschataholic like the rest of us!

I'm  already there My husband says ours could be the first divorce where the internet is cited as co-respondent, I hope he's joking!
Does RC fund solicitors?

That didn't take long, Janet!!  ;D ;D ;D

Only thing I can suggest is getting another computer and encouraging your husband to get interested in something on the Net!  That way, you might stave off divorce a while longer!  (No solicitors, I'm afraid!!)
